*FYI* Radiation levels from Fukushima are still spiking, according to a recent NY Times article. The actual levels are as high as geiger counters will record. Make sure you are getting at least 250 mcg of selenium daily - which counters many of the radioactive isotopes. Monitor your thyroid, take 10,000 IU of Vitamin D and take salt and baking soda baths at least twice a week - especially when it rains or a "front" moves in, or you think its the flu.
